Sustainability Report

The report presents SYKES Costa Rica's 2018 sustainability performance under the GRI Standards Comprehensive option, covering a 4,599-person workforce and economic, social, and environmental impacts. Environmental highlights include total energy consumption of 27.7754 Terajoule, water consumption of 36,773 m3, extensive waste recovery, and ongoing carbon-neutrality initiatives. Social programs focused on talent development, employee academies, employee engagement, and education partnerships with Costa Rican schools and public institutions.
