Annual Sustainability Report

The report presents Fourlis Group's consolidated 2025 sustainability performance under ESRS, based on a double materiality assessment. Scope 1 and Scope 2 energy and emissions data cover Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania, while Scope 3 was initially measured for selected categories in Greece. The Group reported 4,586 employees and expanded renewable energy consumption to 16.83% of total energy use. Waste data collection was expanded and prior-year waste comparatives were revised for improved consistency.
