Working Responsibly

The report describes the Group's sustainability framework across people, operations, customers, communities and governance. The Board approved a goal to reach net zero for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2045, while the report presents 2025 operational energy and emissions data and says broader climate targets are still being developed. The Group also collected emissions data from 38 franchise partners, covering 11% of system sales. It reports 606 group employees at year end.
