Overview

The report describes FY2022 progress toward the company’s net-zero carbon goal for 2050, including 15.3% and 15.6% reductions in Scope 2 energy and GHG intensities from the FY2019 baseline. It reports 60.5 GWh of Scope 2 energy consumption, 40,420 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions from tenant electricity and 833.7 megaliters of water consumed. Waste generated totaled 16,545 tonnes, with 1,978 tonnes sent for recycling. On people, women represented 33% of the Board, employees averaged 37 learning hours and no work-related fatalities were recorded.
