Overview

The report highlights FCT's FY25 ESG momentum through 23.1 ktCO2e of combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions, 1,497 MWh of renewable energy generated, and 100% green-certified buildings. It also describes the WasteMaster food-waste valorisation system across five malls, reducing approximately 258,000 kilograms of food waste and avoiding over 1.6 tonnes of carbon emissions. FCT additionally maintained strong external recognition, including GRESB's Regional Sector Leader award and 5-Star rating.
