Annual Report

The report presents Fresenius' Sustainability Statement for 2024, prepared in full compliance with ESRS and included in the Group Management Report. The company reports that market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions fell 27.2% from the 2020 base year, and sets a 50% absolute reduction target by 2030, climate neutrality for Scope 1 and 2 by 2040, and value-chain net zero by 2050. It also describes a double-materiality assessment, an independent Sustainability Advisory Board, and expanded human-rights and workforce disclosures.
