The report presents FUCHS's first detailed greenhouse-gas balance, using 2014 as its base year and recording emissions from six Scope 3 categories. It reports that women held 21% of FUCHS PETROLUB Group management positions in 2015, excluding acquisitions, and that employees received an average of around 19 hours of further education.
