Annual Report and Accounts

The report describes a 2013 CSR materiality exercise that broadened stakeholder input and identified business ethics and anti-corruption, health and safety, and human rights as 2014 priorities. The company launched a human rights framework based on the UN Guiding Principles and reported 55 work-related employee fatalities. Its measured carbon footprint was extrapolated to 559,000 t/CO2e, while carbon intensity per £m turnover fell 23.5% since 2009, exceeding the stated 20% target.
