Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report presents G4S's integrated CSR reporting framework and its 2014 priorities across integrity, people, environment and communities. It reports a total carbon footprint of 538,303 t/CO2e, while noting that only 56% of group waste and 64% of group water usage were measured. Health and safety remained a major focus, although the report records 41 work-related fatalities during the year and describes strengthened management systems and critical-country reviews. Human rights work included risk assessments, control self-assessments in 19 countries and continued alignment with internationally recognised principles.
