Overview

The report presents G4S's 2019 performance as a global security group with 558,000 employees and four material CSR priorities: health and safety, human rights, anti-bribery and corruption, and people, culture and values. It reports 20 employee colleagues and one subcontractor killed in work-related incidents, alongside a 57% reduction in work-related fatalities since 2013. The environmental disclosure reports 422,461 t/CO2e of extrapolated total carbon emissions, including Scope 1, Scope 2 and employee business air-travel Scope 3 emissions. Board diversity reached 40% female representation during the year.
