Sustainability Report

The report presents GAIL's FY 2021-22 sustainability performance across its gas, renewable energy and emerging hydrogen portfolio. Highlights include a committed 2040 net-zero pathway for Scope 1 and 2 with a 35% Scope 3 reduction, plus 131.75 MW alternative-energy capacity and a 10 MW green hydrogen project. Reported performance includes 5,85,26,370 GJ total energy consumption, 22.19 million m3 water consumption, and INR 204.97 crore CSR expenditure. The report follows GRI Comprehensive and includes independent Bureau Veritas assurance.
