Overview

The report sets out GAIL's net-zero roadmap, targeting a 100% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and a 35% reduction in Scope 3 emissions by 2040. It reports FY2022-23 total GHG emissions of 39,75,555 tCO2e and total energy consumption of 5,00,65,334 GJ. The report also applies a double materiality lens and includes a limited independent assurance statement by Bureau Veritas.
