CSR Report

The report presents Galapagos' 2018 CSR highlights across improving patients' lives, diversity and human capital, business ethics, and environment, health and safety. It reports 725 employees, including 440 women, and notes that three of seven board members were female. Business ethics actions included training 93% of employees in codes of conduct and reporting no code breaches. EHS actions included a company-wide framework based on ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, with no reported fatalities or safety incidents.
