Corporate Responsibility Report

The report describes Galliford Try's first submission to the Carbon Disclosure Project, alongside a new CR strategy and stronger group-wide management of corporate responsibility. It reports 76 reportable accidents, an accident frequency rate of 0.24 and no HSE enforcement notices in 2009. Environmental highlights include 1,125 tonnes of office CO2 emissions, 53% waste diverted from landfill excluding on-site inert-material reuse and recycling, and ISO 14001 certification for 26 of 39 business units.
