The report recorded group revenue of £1,221.9 million for the year ended 30 June 2010 while pursuing a three-year housebuilding expansion; its landbank reached 9,700 plots, 58% secured at current market values. Waste diversion from landfill improved to 56%. The company also reported a 30% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions since 2008, to 38,000 tonnes in 2009.
