Overview

The report describes GAM's 2021 progress in embedding sustainability into investment and operations. The company joined the UN Global Compact, became a supporter of the Net Zero Asset Managers Initiative, and published its first TCFD-aligned report. It launched Sustainable Local Emerging Bond and Sustainable Climate Bond strategies and reported ESG summary coverage for 70% of funds. Operationally, GAM reported 200% carbon offsets for business operations and travel, alongside expanded diversity and ESG training initiatives.
