Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes GAM's 2021 sustainability activity across investment, stewardship and operations. GAM launched two sustainability-focused strategies, rolled out an ESG dashboard to all equity holdings, and reported CHF 875 million AuM in sustainable strategies. It joined the Net Zero Asset Managers initiative with a 2050-or-sooner ambition, published its first TCFD-aligned report, and became a UN Global Compact supporter. Operationally, total energy consumption was 1,467 MWh, Scope 3 emissions were 78 tCO2e, and 57% of the Board were women.
