Overview

The report describes GAM's 2022 sustainability activity across responsible investment, stewardship, corporate sustainability and climate disclosures. It reports interim NZAM targets for investment-management assets, including a 50% reduction in financed emissions by 2030. Operationally, total energy consumption was 1,581 MWh and total activities emissions were 401 tCO2e, with 200% carbon offsetting. The report also records 541 employees and 57% women on the Board.
