Sustainability Report

The report presents Gazprom Group's 2017 sustainability performance, with special emphasis on the Year of Ecology. It reports 19,100 environmental events, RUB 35.58 billion invested in environmental protection, and group greenhouse gas emissions of 233.83 million tons of CO2 equivalent. The workforce section records 469,600 people at year-end and eight fatalities, while the report describes materiality assessment and Board strategic sustainability oversight. It was prepared in accordance with GRI Core and received limited assurance from FBK Grant Thornton.
