Overview

The report presents GCL Group's first ESG report, covering 2021 activities and performance. It reports comprehensive energy consumption of 5,973,263.90 tonnes of standard coal, Scope I emissions of 10,415,601.22 tonnes of CO2e, and Scope II emissions of 365,017.46 tonnes of CO2e. The workforce totaled 34,533 employees at December 3, 2021. The report also describes a three-tier ESG governance structure in which the Board assumes final responsibility for ESG strategy and performance.
