Overview

The report describes GDEV's 2023 sustainability achievements across employee development, environmental stewardship, community support and governance. It reports 844 employees, a 36% female workforce share, 392 MWh of electricity consumption and estimated Scope 2 emissions of 181 metric tons/CO2e. The Board approved a goal to achieve carbon neutrality for Scope 2 emissions by 2030. Community initiatives included tree planting, cleanups, support for local organizations and a $10,000 donation through the Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Initiative.
