Overview

The report describes GEA's 2021 sustainability strategy, including SBTi-validated interim targets to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 60% and Scope 3 emissions by 18% by 2030, alongside a net-zero ambition for 2040. It reports 254,233 MWh of total energy consumption, 50,803 t CO2e of market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions, 13,037 tons of waste and a 95.6% waste recovery rate.
