Overview

The report describes a strong 2019 for the Geberit Group, with consolidated net sales of CHF 3,083 million and 11,619 employees worldwide. Absolute CO2 emissions fell by 3.8% to 222,639 tonnes, while the company continued its long-term energy-efficiency and renewable-energy programme. Sustainability reporting was fully integrated into the online Annual Report and prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards under the Comprehensive option. The report also highlights Geberit's UN Global Compact commitment and broad sustainability strategy covering people, planet and profit.
