Overview

The report describes Gen's first post-merger Social Impact Report, covering priorities across cyber safety, data privacy, DEI, volunteering and giving, and the environment. It reports reaching more than 2.8 million people through Cyber Safety education and training, 4,752 employee volunteer hours, and 40% women on the Board. Environmental disclosures establish a 2023 post-merger GHG baseline and report 15,422 metric tons of Scope 1 and 2 market-based emissions and 92,137 metric tons of Scope 3 emissions.
