Global Responsibility Report

The report describes General Mills' fiscal 2018 progress across food, planet, workplace and community. It reports 85 percent sustainable sourcing for its 10 priority ingredients and a 28 percent absolute value-chain GHG reduction goal by 2025. Total value-chain GHG emissions were 15,300,000 metric tons CO2e, while workforce data covered 38,283 employees and reported women as 42 percent of the board.
