Overview

The report presents GM's 2018 sustainability performance across a global workforce of 173,000 employees. It reports gross Scope 1 emissions of 1,763,555 metric tons CO2e and gross Scope 3 emissions of 264,563,698 metric tons CO2e. GM also describes a 31% absolute Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030 from a 2010 baseline, with selected data independently verified by Stantec under limited assurance.
