Statutory Report on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

The report describes Genmab's CSR approach across employee well-being, ethics in pre-clinical and clinical studies, the environment, and business ethics and transparency. It reports 173 FTE at year-end in 2014 and highlights the implementation of a new performance planning and review cycle. The report also describes a whistleblower program and solely wind-generated power purchased for the Copenhagen site since 2012.
