Corporate Responsibility Report

The report presents Genmab's 2022 CSR performance across patient engagement, employee well-being, ethics, and environmental sustainability. It reports a 94% renewable share in its electricity table, 283.1 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, and 110.7 tCO2e of market-based Scope 2 emissions, while beginning formal Scope 3 footprint measurement. Genmab also formalized patient engagement, launched four employee resource groups, supported 32 charities through Global Volunteer Day, and reported DKK 14,595M of total taxonomy turnover with no eligible activities.
