Overview

The report analyzes Gensler's 2016 project portfolio and projects annual savings of approximately 11 million metric tons of CO2. Building projects achieved a 51 percent improvement over the CBECS 2003 equivalent, while interiors achieved a 19 percent improvement over ASHRAE 90.1-2007. Gensler also states a commitment for every project to be carbon neutral by 2030.
