Overview

The report presents GEO's 2019 human-rights and ESG activities, including a company-wide first disclosure of energy, water, recycling, and Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. It reports a total workforce of 23,704 employees, 25% women on the board, and extensive employee and human-rights training. The GEO Continuum of Care program recorded 6,789,417 programming hours and 51,605 programming completions.
