Human Rights and ESG Report

The report covers GEO's 2020 human-rights, environmental, social, and governance activities. It describes board-committee oversight of ESG initiatives, extensive human-rights and contract-compliance auditing, and COVID-19 mitigation measures. Environmental reporting establishes a 2019 baseline using the GHG Protocol and discloses location-based Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. The report also highlights 2,564,275 hours of Continuum of Care programming and a workforce of approximately 22,000 employees.
