Social Responsibility Report

Overview

The report highlights Gerdau's 2020 social-responsibility response to COVID-19, including 160 new hospital beds, two hospitals built, eight hospitals renovated and more than 200,000 PPE items donated. It reports 665,866 people benefited, 1,538 volunteers and R$ 59.1 million in social investments. The volunteer program continued digitally, recording 5,834 volunteer hours.
