Sustainability Report

The report describes Gestamp's 2014 growth to 6,256 million euros in turnover and more than 32,300 employees, alongside a global sustainability agenda. It highlights energy-efficiency work, emissions of 459,059 tonnes of CO2 equivalent, 41,900 tonnes of waste, and broad environmental-management coverage across manufacturing facilities. The people section reports 32,331 employees, 18% women, 30.3 training hours per employee and extensive employee-development activity. The health and safety section records two fatal accidents in 2014 and describes the Group's prevention and risk-control system.
