Sustainable Work Report

The report presents Gi Group Holding's 2025 sustainable-work agenda, organized around four strategic pillars and supported by new group-wide environmental and occupational health and safety policies. It reports 7,787 direct employees and 190,881 employee training hours, alongside a 21.9-hour average of training per employee. The company also introduced its first Double Materiality Assessment, considering both impacts and financial risks and opportunities. Its sustainability work included more than 300 worldwide initiatives aligned with one or more SDGs.
