Management Board Report on the Activity of the Parent Entity and the Group

The report describes a year of financial growth alongside formalization of the GPW Group's ESG governance. It reports consolidated sales revenue of PLN 444.9 million and net profit of PLN 157.6 million for 2023. The Group reports a 57% reduction in Scope 1-2 market-based emissions and introduces detailed Scope 3 reporting across purchased goods, capital goods, fuel- and energy-related activities, transport, waste, business travel, and commuting. An ESG Committee supported management and Group Board reviews of ESG strategy and risks.
