The report presents 2023 as a strong growth year, with Group sales of EUR 2,973.3 million and 14,203 employees at year-end. Its sustainability section sets a 42 percent GHG reduction target by 2030 against a 2022 baseline and an ambition to reach net zero by 2040, while reporting 98 percent green electricity worldwide. The Group-wide Code of Conduct was updated and rolled out across all locations, alongside sustainable-product and talent-development initiatives.
