GRI Report

The report presents Givaudan's 2014 sustainability performance across economic, environmental, labour, human-rights, society and product-responsibility topics. It highlights progress against the 2009 eco-efficiency baseline, including 17.2% lower energy per tonne, 24.6% lower direct and indirect CO2 emissions per tonne, and 36.7% lower waste per tonne. Responsible sourcing expanded to 293 suppliers on Sedex, while the company also reported that almost 33% of purchased electricity came from renewable sources. Ernst & Young provided limited assurance over environmental and social performance.
