Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is GIZ's first sustainability report and covers quantitative data for 2011-2012, with qualitative data through 8 October 2013. It describes company-wide sustainability governance through the Sustainability Board and Sustainability Office, alongside a materiality analysis and the first Sustainability Programme 2013-2015. For 2012, GIZ reports a total workforce of 16,229 and detailed environmental data for its covered sites. It also sets a carbon-neutral target for German operations by 2015.
