Annual Report

The report describes Glencore’s 2024 performance as it integrated Elk Valley Resources and continued to invest in transition-enabling commodities. It reports a 23.8% reduction in scope 1, 2 and 3 industrial emissions against the restated 2019 baseline, excluding EVR, and sets out reduction targets for 2026, 2030 and 2035 alongside its 2050 net-zero ambition. It also records four work-related fatalities and reports that female employees made up 19% of the workforce.
