Annual Report and Accounts

The report presents an integrated Sustainability Report prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards and describes a materiality assessment and matrix. It highlights strengthened ESG governance, including the creation of a Board ESG Committee and adoption of new ESG, environmental, energy, diversity, human-rights and supplier policies. The company reports first-time group-wide water consumption disclosure and Scope 1 emissions of 138,198 tonnes of CO2 equivalent from its locomotive fleet. It also records its first-ever workforce fatality in 2020 and describes corrective and preventive safety actions.
