The report presents 2024 as a transformative year focused on disposing of non-core assets, refinancing debt and strengthening liquidity. The company maintained a substantial sustainable-property portfolio, issued its sixth sustainable development report and continued renewable-energy sourcing across its office and mixed-use portfolio. It also reported a 46% GHG emissions-intensity reduction target for 2030 against a 2019 baseline for Scope 1 and 2, alongside a commitment to measure and reduce Scope 3 emissions. The report further describes the issuance of a Green Financing Framework and continued community support in Poland and Romania.
