ESG Report

The report presents GTC Group's 2024 ESG performance across its property portfolio, including 54,328 tCO2e of Scope 1, 2 and tenant Scope 3 emissions, 180,700 MWh of energy consumption, 351,266 m3 of water consumption, and 8,908 t of waste. It also reports 206 employees and 32 associates or consultants, and 93% of commercial buildings with green certification. The report states that 25% of generated waste was recycled and that the Group has a 100% certified-buildings goal.
