Overview

The report is Globo's first ESG report, covering 2021 operations across TV Globo, pay-TV channels, Globoplay and digital products under GRI and SASB. It highlights carbon neutrality since 2019, a 30% absolute-emissions reduction target by 2030, and 2021 emissions of 15,047 tCO2e. It also reports 39% women employees and 73% workforce participation in training, alongside a new diversity strategy and Employee Resource Groups.
