Overview

The report covers the Group's 2024 environmental and social performance for its demolition and prefabricated construction businesses. It reports 362.7 tonnes of GHG emissions, including Scope 1, 2 and 3, and 266,313 MWh of electricity consumed alongside 3,729 M3 of water consumed. The Group set 10% reduction targets for GHG emissions, waste disposal and energy consumption by 2026 against 2021 baselines. Its workforce comprised 97 full-time staff, with 177.5 total training hours provided.
