Overview

The report presents GPL's second sustainability report for FY2016, covering its corporate head office and 23 projects. It reports consolidated economic value generated of INR 2,728.08 Crore and two fatalities across the reported workforce. Environmental disclosures include total energy consumption of 232,975 GJ and annual water consumption of 397,601 m3. Community highlights include a 3,300 ha watershed project and NIPUN training and certification for more than five thousand beneficiaries.
