Sustainability Report

The report describes GOL's 2018 implementation of an Environmental Management System for ground activities. It reports total greenhouse gas emissions of 3,457,393 tons CO2e, up 1.8% from 2017, while partial Scope 3 emissions fell by 21.1%. Employee training totaled 907,058.5 hours, with an average of 59.4 hours per employee. The report also highlights the Boeing 737 MAX 8, which it says reduces fuel consumption by 15% compared with the models then in use.
