The report says GOL maintained its 15,002-person workforce during the pandemic and delivered 1,679,268 training hours through the Eagles Academy. It reports 2021 domestic-operation emissions of 1,952,078 metric tons of CO2e and a 7% reduction in direct jet-fuel emissions per ASK versus 2020. GOL introduced customer carbon offsetting and carbon-neutral routes to Bonito and Fernando de Noronha, and states a company net-zero CO2 commitment for 2050.
