Overview

The report presents Gold Fields' 2022 strategy around three pillars, including a dedicated ESG pillar with six 2030 targets. It reports 14.1PJ energy consumption, 1.72Mt Scope 1 and 2 emissions, 75% water recycled or reused and two solar projects commissioned. It also reports 23,084 total workforce, 23% female employees, US$913m in host-community value and one fatality; ERM provided reasonable assurance over selected sustainability information.
