Integrated Annual Report

The report describes Gold Fields’ 2024 operating and sustainability performance, including two operational fatalities and a further off-site fatality. Group Scope 1 and 2 emissions were 1,632kt CO2e and Scope 3 emissions were 823kt CO2e; renewable sources supplied 18% of electricity consumption. Gold Fields reported 14.5GL of water consumption and that 35% of national value distribution remained with host communities. At Salares Norte, production began and ramp-up restarted after severe winter disruption.
