Overview

The report describes GOME's 2021 ESG governance, workforce and environmental performance. It identifies an ESG Committee under the Board as responsible for ESG strategy review and decision-making. The Group reported 32,278 employees and 366,000 tCO2e of greenhouse gas emissions, comprising 61,000 tCO2e of Scope 1 and 305,000 tCO2e of Scope 2 emissions. It also reported 2,730,000 cubic metres of water consumption and set 2023 resource-efficiency targets.
